Physical Therapy
Payment options include the following:
Insurance--Most insurances accepted. Please call 203.245.7766 for an up-to-date list of accepted plans. If we are in your insurance company’s network, we will submit claims for payment directly to your insurer.
Out-Of-Network--If we are not in your insurance company’s network, you pay us directly for services and then you may submit a billing invoice for reimbursement from your insurer for “out of network” benefits, if available.
Self-Pay--Touchpoint Physical Therapy also offers “fee for service” rates for physical therapy.

you can still have therapy. Our fee is $65 per visit.
Length of visit varies with condition and treatment needed.
Worker’s compensation—we file all claims.
Massage
Payment for massage therapy services is due at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and Mastercard.
